      This team has a 32- 22 record with 32 wins and 22 losses. They are in first place in the American League West. They are the Texas Rangers. They are a pretty well at anything when it comes to fielding, pitching, hitting, catching and more. There lead off hitter is Nelson Cruz and hits very well. With 4 homers he is an average hitter, but a higher average hitter with over 20 homers he is Josh Hamilton. He started with a bombing average and tons of home runs. Yu Darvish is a great pitcher for the Rangers. He has a 7-3 record. Yu is a Japanese pitcher and is Farley new to the team. He was not on the team last year. The Rangers picked him up a couple months ago. Yu has also had some bad starts against some pretty tough teams like the LA Angels and the White Sox. Also the Rangers were the American league Champions last year. They did not win but they were very close. Two years in a row they were the American league Champions. Last year the St. Louis Cardinals won the World Series. Some of these positions are where these people play unless they get hurt. In the outfield in right field is Nelson Cruz, center field Josh Hamilton, and in left field David Murphy. In the infield at third base is Adrian Beltre, shortstop Elvis Andrus, Second base Ian Kinsler, first base Michael Young, and catcher Mike Napoli. There a 500 average team combined together. This year there are a lot of people on the 15-day DL for injuries and even some are out for the 2012 season! Some of these people are Julio Barbon in Center field. Julio has a strained right groin. Another one is Neftali Feliz. He is a pitcher for the Texas Rangers. He has a sprained ligament in right elbow. These two people are on the 15- day disabled list. Some of these injuries could be bad for the Rangers later in the season. Also some of the other good things about the Rangers they have good pitchers. They are Colby Lewis, Yu Darvish and Derek Holland. Also the 2012 player draft was yesterday and they got Lewis Brinson. Lewis was number 29 pick overall. He is a good outfielder and can throw people out in an instant. They got a couple more pitchers, infielders and also some catchers. Now that they got some new teammates on the team they could help the Rangers be American league Champions for the third straight year. So I interviewed three people and they all said that they like the Texas Rangers. They also said that some of the players on the team are not as good as they expect them to be. Other people said they hit a lot of home runs. This year I hope that the Rangers can win the American league Champions and the World Series. This year the Texas Rangers are off to a great start and could keep it going through the rest of the season.   Word count 530
