Jason Puracal is a man from Nicaragua, who is in American prison. He is in prison for Drug trafficking, money laundering, and organized crime. He is sentenced for 22 years in one of the worlds most dangerous prisons without any evidence. Ashley Fantz says that " Nicaraguan authorities say the American who worked as a real estate in the tourist city of San Juan del Sur was using his business as a front to launder money for an international drug trafficking syndicate." They do not have proof of him doing that, and they still through him in jail. On August 2011 they searched his home and found no evidence of him doing any of that staff.

They also interviewed 10 people that they thought were convicted with him, and they said "they have never seen him before". Ashley Fantz Knows  that " In the past few months, the American has shed 40 pounds from his usual 180-pound frame, his lawyers say. with no evidence the police were almost certain he committed the crime, this is unreal that a man would be put in prison with no evidence on his case. During his nearly 15 months behind bars, Puracal has been beaten and been refused water and food for days at a time, and he's developed a painful inflammation in his bowels, attorney Genser says." You should have NO right to do that, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Some of my classmates agree, Jonah a 13 year old boy who believes he should be released because you guys don't have any evidence of him doing that staff. My media lit teacher Ms.Clemens also says he should be released for the same reason, and maybe the country should ban him from coming back into it. Now 80,000 people around the world want a release on jason Puracal. These people don't even know this man but they carry that he should not go threw this punishment with No peak of evidence. What if it was one of you guys in there, would you like to be treated the same way as you guys are treating him now?. Not all my classmates agree with this, but I strongly disagree with that.

Hasiel a another 13 year old boy, who says “he should not be released because even though they have no evidence he still might be dangerous and he might hurt someone if you let him out. Alex who is a 13 year old boy agrees with Hasiel for the same reason. I sort of agree with this person, Landon who attend 6th grade with me says “They should take him to court and see if he did it with hard evidence”.If they do that then the case would be over and you would not have to disappoint those 80,000 people plus my classmates. He might be dangerous, but maybe not, they should release him. If he does something that is harmful then book him but intell then he should be a free American man!
